  1. This website is operated by Pretty Miniatures Ltd. Terms such as "we," "us," and "our" refer to Pretty Miniatures Ltd.
  2. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and any associated policies, such as our Privacy Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
  4. Users must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent to place an order.
  5. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the website or its content without express written permission.

Order Process

  1. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
  2. An order confirmation email does not signify acceptance of your order. Orders are only accepted once goods are dispatched.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse orders for reasons including, but not limited to:
    • Out-of-stock items
    • Suspected fraudulent payment
    • Errors in product pricing or descriptions
    • Customer failing validation checks
  4. All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.

Pricing and Payments

  1. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of order are final unless an error is identified.
  2. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely.
  3. VAT and taxes will be applied where applicable. For EU customers, VAT may be collected and remitted via the IOSS system for orders below €150.

Delivery

  1. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
  • UK: Tracked 48h (£3.99) or Tracked 24h (£5.99); free on orders over £50.
  • International: Europe (£8.99); USA/Canada (£9.99); free on orders over £100.
  1. Processing times for made-to-order items may take up to 7 business days. Delivery estimates are from the dispatch date.
  2. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery. Ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid issues.
  3. For EU orders above the IOSS threshold (€150) and non-EU international orders, additional charges such as carrier handling fees, customs duties, and VAT may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Cancellations and Returns

  1. Customers may cancel orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 calendar days of receiving goods. Notification of cancellation must be sent to sales@prettyminiatures.co.uk.
  2. To qualify for a refund, items must be:
  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation
  1. Refunds will include the purchase price and standard delivery costs but exclude return shipping fees.
  2. Faulty or misdescribed items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, repairs or replacements will be offered before refunds.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving returned goods or proof of return.

Product Descriptions and Availability

  1. We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images. However, slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes or display settings.
  2. All items are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Customers are responsible for:
  • Providing accurate information during checkout
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries
  • Complying with their country’s customs regulations
  1. Errors in delivery information may result in delays or additional charges.

Liability

  1. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity.
  2. Our liability for defective goods is limited to refunding, repairing, or replacing the item, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  1. Your use of this website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
  2. Personal data collected during transactions will be used to fulfill orders and improve your shopping experience.

Dispute Resolution
