Returns and Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, in the condition received, and, where possible, in original packaging. If unavailable, items should be securely wrapped for return transit.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of goods to cancel your purchase. We’ll refund the original purchase price and standard delivery charges. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can reject faulty items for a full refund within 30 days. After this, repairs or replacements will be offered before refunds.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving returned items or proof of return.

Discounted Purchases

Refunds for items purchased with discount vouchers will match the paid amount, excluding non-refundable delivery charges.
