Delivery Information

Processing times

Many of our miniatures are made to order in our Sussex workshop. Our usual processing time is up to 1 week before dispatch, although some orders may be completed sooner. If a product has a different lead time, this will be shown on the individual product page.

Processing time is separate from the delivery time shown at checkout.

UK delivery

UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service, normally Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can follow its progress.

Most UK orders arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch, but carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International delivery

We ship to a range of international destinations. Available countries, delivery services, estimated transit times and shipping charges are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

All international orders are sent using a tracked service.

Import duties and taxes

Import arrangements vary by destination. Where duties or taxes are collected as part of your order, this will be shown at checkout.

Where charges are not collected in advance, the recipient may be responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country before delivery.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation containing your tracking information.

Please allow the carrier time to register the first tracking scan after collection, as tracking may not update immediately.

Delivery delays

Occasionally a parcel may take longer than expected because of carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time, please contact us with your order number and we will help investigate it.

Checking your delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.
